Argus, Sterling act on JV for putting up Red & Yellow pigment plant

Asahi Songwon Colors Limited, a global leader in Blue Pigments, has entered into a JVA with Tennants Textile Colours Limited (TTC) of the UK for putting up a state-of-the-art Red & Yellow pigment plant.
