First Citizens Bank has made a 100% acquisition of SVB Financial Group’s stake in SVB Global Services India LLP.

This deal is pursuant to the global transaction where First Citizens Bank acquired Silicon Valley Bridge Bank.

Trilegal advised First Citizens Bank. Trilegal was involved in conducting the due diligence and assisting with the transaction documents and ancillary documents pertaining to the transaction, which was a part of the global transaction of First Citizens Bank acquiring Silicon Valley Bank. 

The deal was led by our partners Veena Gopalakrishnan and Pranav Atit, assisted by Senior Associate, Mansi Jain and Associate, Aishwarya Mysore Ravi.
