CAM, AZB, Simpson Thacher, Ropes lead on Blackstone 1,060 crore acquisition of Vikhroli Corp Park

Blackstone Group has bought the entire equity stake of Vikhroli Corporate Park for 1060 crore from its existing shareholders Hindustan Construction Company Limited and IL&FS Milestone Fund.
