Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acts on Nxt-Infra Trust ₹700 crore institutional placement of units

Nxt-Infra Trust has made a issuance of units by way of an institutional placement to institutional investors, for an amount aggregating to ₹700.15 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nxt-Infra Trust as well as the lead managers NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and Ambit Private Limited on this issuance of units.

The capital markets team comprised Janhavi Manohar (Partner), Saksham Khokhar (Senior Associate), Ankesh Kumar (Senior Associate), Associates Molika Agrawal, Sanjana Prasad, Monusha Nambiar, Aryan Pandey and Maria Palamattom.
