Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises Morgan Stanley on sale of Lenskart shares by ADIA

Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust acting through its trustee, Platinum Owl C 2018 RSC Limited, an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, has made a sale of 35,000,000 equity shares of Lenskart Solutions for an aggregate consideration of ₹2,390.5 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, the broker facilitating this share sale.

The transaction was led by Gokul Rajan (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - North), with the support from Adwait Deshmukh (Senior Associate) and Archit Jain (Associate).
