Dhoot Transmission Limited has raised ₹3,066.885 crore from an initial public offering of 35,218,047 equity shares, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale, which included shares offered by BC Asia Investments XV Limited (Bain Capital).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Dhoot Transmission on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Manan Lahoty (Partner, Head - Capital Markets), Abhiroop Lahiri (Partner) and Amitpal Singh (Partner), with support from Dhawal Nirash (Senior Associate), Associates Vatsala Parashar, Krishanu Paul, and Simran Sharma.

Rohan Roy (Partner), with support from Shefali Murthy (Senior Associate) and Amartya Mukherjee (Associate) advised on general corporate aspects of the transaction.

Bharath Reddy (Partner) with support from Dipti Khatri (Principal Associate) advised on employment aspects of the transaction.

Khaitan & Co acted advised the book running lead managers Axis Capital Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited and 360 ONE WAM Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Subhayu Sen (Partner), Aayush Mohata (Partner), Johann Valladares (Principal Associate), Sarjana Das (Senior Associate), Aayush Virani (Senior Associate), Associates Harshit Singh, Hrishi Kapadia and Aryan Agarwal.

Latham & Watkins acted as the international legal counsel for the BRLMs.

The transaction was led by Rajiv Gupta (Partner) and Dominik Sklenar (Partner), with Esha Goel (Counsel), Kay Howe Lee (Associate) and Neha Sahgal (Foreign Legal Consultant) and Jayati Arora (Foreign Legal Consultant).

Advice was provided on tax matters by Enrique Rene de Vera (Partner), with Associates Sam Yang and Ethan Lee.
