

Adani Enterprises Limited has raised ₹15,000 crore from a qualified institutional placement of equity shares.

The transaction was led by Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West), with support from Rishav Buxi (Principal Associate), Adwait Deshmukh (Senior Associate); Associates Archit Jain, Arikta Shetty, Janhavi Deshmukh, Harsha Menon, Akshat Sharma and Sajal Soni.
Trilegal advised the placement agents, SBI Capital Markets Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited, and on this QIP.
The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner) and Maitreya Rajurkar (Partner), with support from Avanti Kale (Counsel), Aayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate) and Associates Siddhant Mishra, Adya Singh, Arnab Goswami, Samruddhi Varma, and Shreyansh Gupta.

The proceeds of the QIP are expected to support Adani Enterprises' next phase of growth, including the capital expenditure requirements for the development of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant, payment of the concession fee for the Chennai Outer Ring Road project, the repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, funding inorganic growth opportunities, and general corporate purposes.
