Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, A&O Shearman act on Karamtara Engineering ₹875 crore IPO

Karamtara Engineering Limited has raised ₹875 crore from an initial public offering, including a fresh issue of 26,574,803 equity shares and an offer for sale of 7,874,014 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Karamtara Engineering on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Anshul Roy (Partner), with the support from Radhika Pandey (Principal Associate), Esha Gupta (Senior Associate), Associates Arikta Shetty, Anomitra Debnath, Janhavi Deshmukh, Chinmay Jhumde and Jahnavi Seethamraju.

Yash J. Ashar (Senior Partner) provided strategic guidance.

Trilegal advised the Book Running Lead Managers, JM Financial Limited, ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Vinay Sirohia (Partner), with support from Saurav Das (Counsel), Shashwat Raj Solanki (Senior Associate), Associates Kohsheen Saraf, Sanath Rajesh, Jasmine Manekshaw and Trainee Associate Pratik Basistha.
