Desai & Diwanji acts on Anchor Offshore Services DRHP filing

Anchor Offshore Services Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of up to 64,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹ 10 each by the Company and an offer for sale by Promoter Selling Shareholder of up to 6,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹ 10 each.
