DMD Advocates advises investors on Tenet Diagnostics $30 million fundraise

Tenet Medcorp Private Limited, dba Tenet Diagnostics, has secured an invesment of $30 million, led by Tata Capital Healthcare Fund III and Blue Earth Capital.

DMD Advocates represented Tata Capital Healthcare on this transaction. The transaction involved conducting a legal due diligence on Tenet and its subsidiaries, as well as drawing up and finalising the necessary transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), Associates Disha Jain, Vanshikha Choraria, and Nardeep Chawla.

Tenet Diagnostics was founded in 2018 and has emerged as a leading integrated diagnostics platform. Tenet runs more than 35 radiology and pathology centres across 14 states and operates a pan-India B2B laboratory network offering more than 3,000 super-speciality tests.
