DSK, Khaitan act on Sunteck Lifespace acquiring development rights in a 2.5 million sqft property in Thane

Sunteck Lifespace has acquired development rights of property admeasuring in aggregate 28,935 square meters situated at Village Navghar (Mira road) in Thane.

DSK Legal acted for Sunteck Lifespace on the deal and assisted with conducting a due diligence in respect of the property and issuing a Memo; drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents

The team comprised Sagar Kadam (Partner), Mitali Naik (Associate Partner) and Ekta Sawant (Senior Associate).

Sajit Suvarna (Deputy Managing Partner) acted as the lead engagement partner for the transaction.

Khaitan & Co acted for the owners of the property in Thane.

The project is estimated to have development potential of approx. 2.5 million square feet of built-up area and a revenue potential of around ₹3000 crore.
