DSK Legal assists SRL Limited in acquisition of Lifeline Laboratories
SRL Limited, a subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited, has acquired the business of M/s Lifeline Laboratories for an undisclosed amount.
DSK Legal assisted and advised SRL Limited on all legal aspects of the transaction, including:
conducting legal due diligence of the Target;
transaction structuring, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive agreements for the acquisition of the business undertaking of the Target;
assisting in Closing of the transaction.
The transaction team consisted of Jayesh Kothari (Partner), Rajlaxmi Kale (Senior Associate), Sharmishtha Bharde (Associate) and Kais Umani (Associate).
Hemang Parekh (Partner) acted as engagement partner for the transaction.
Lifeline Laboratories is engaged in the business of providing diagnostic services with its operations located in Delhi NCR region.
This acquisition will allow SRL to expand its footprint in Delhi NCR region in the diagnostic services domain.
