Dua Associates advises Odyssey Energy Solutions on availing €7 million ECB from BIO

Odyssey Energy Solutions Procure VI Pvt. Ltd., a group entity of Odyssey Energy Solutions, Inc., has availed €7 million external commercial borrowing (ECB) facility from the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries SA (BIO).

Dua Associates advised Odyssey on this transaction. The Firm's role included negotiation, finalisation and execution of the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Nityashjit Kaur (Partner), Prateek Bedi (Partner) and Vaibhav Tripathi (Senior Associate).

Odyssey is a climate-tech and equipment marketplace company focused on accelerating the deployment of distributed renewable energy projects in India.

The financing from BIO will support Odyssey in providing equipment procurement solutions with embedded credit to engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies and solar developers.
