Dua Associates advises Piramal Finance on ₹125 crore financing for residential projects in Bengaluru

Piramal Finance Limited has sanctioned finances aggregating to ₹125 crore for two residential group housing projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The transactions involved financing of ₹80 crore to Akarsh Dwellings Private Limited for its residential project, Adarsh Primrose, and ₹45 crore to Adarsh Developers for its project, Adarsh Stratuss.

Dua Associates advised Piramal Finance on these financing transactions.
