ELP acts on New Silk Route stake sale in Ascend Telecom Infrastructure to GIP EM Ascend

Private equity fund New Silk Route (NSR), has sold its stake in Ascend Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited to GIP EM Ascend Pte. Ltd.

Economic Laws Practice advised NSR on the deal.

The team was led by Sujjain Talwar (Partner), Aakanksha Joshi (Partner), with the assistance of Megha Agarwal (Principal Associate) and Farhan Ali (Associate).
