ELP advises TeamLease on ₹238 crore share buyback

TeamLease Services Limited has made a buyback of 14,87,500 equity shares of the Company at a price of ₹1,600 per equity share, amounting to ₹238 crore.

Economic Laws Practice advised TeamLease and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, the manager to the buyback.

The transaction was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), with assistance from Ridhi Jain (Senior Associate), Associates Anusha Agrawal and Shreya Prakash.
