Emerge Legal advises Nahar Industrial Enterprises on its real estate expansion

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited, the listed Ludhiana company promoted by the Nahar (OWM) Group, has entered real estate development, putting land it has held for decades to commercial use. The programme runs across plotted industrial development, warehousing and logistics, and organised commercial space.

Emerge Legal acted for Nahar Industrial Enterprises across the expansion. The firm verified title to the subject parcels, advised on the development and holding structure adopted.

The mandate was led by Raman Gupta (Partner), with Aarushi Mahajan (Principal Associate) and Hanisha Arora (Principal Associate) on the transaction.

Arora handled the leasing and tenancy documentation for the incoming occupants. Mahajan advised on the construction contracts for the built up blocks.

The Industrial Park at Ludhiana, being developed by Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited, is the flagship of the new vertical. Conceived as an integrated plotted development combining industrial, residential and commercial components within a single master planned estate, it is positioned as a one of its kind project in Ludhiana and, indeed, in Punjab, offering micro, small and medium enterprises organised industrial space alongside residential and commercial infrastructure.
