Fox & Mandal advises Tenty Limited on proposed IPO

Tenty Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE).

Fox & Mandal is advising Tenty on this IPO. The Firm advised the Company on legal due diligence and drafting of the Offer Document.

The transaction team consists of Prashaant Rajput (Partner), Rudresh Mandal (Principal Associate), Associates Shrinwantu Choudhury and Ayushi Sinha.

Tenty Limited is a manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, writing instruments, FMCG components, PET preforms, and electric fans.
