Fox Mandal & Associates advises landowners on revenue-sharing joint development with Puravankara

Fox Mandal & Associates has advised landowners in connection with a revenue-sharing joint development transaction with Puravankara Limited for the development of a 14-acre residential apartment project in East Bengaluru.

The Firm acted as legal counsel to the landowners in structuring, negotiating and documenting the transaction.
