Fox Mandal & Associates advises on Brigade Enterprises’ entry into Coimbatore

Brigade Enterprises Limited has entered into a Joint Development Agreement for its first residential project in Coimbatore.

Fox Mandal & Associates advised Brigade Enterprises on the transaction, carrying out due diligence and drafting of transaction documents including definitive Joint Development Agreement.

The transaction was led by Jayaprakash Padmanaban (Senior Partner), supported by Lakshmi Kandasubramanian (Senior Associate) and Maria Jansi Rani (Associate).

The project spans a 5.43-acre land parcel in Saravanampatti, within Coimbatore’s IT corridor, and carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹600 crore. Structured through the JDA route, the transaction marks Brigade’s entry into the Coimbatore residential market and further strengthens its portfolio across South India.
