GameChanger Law advises investors on InspeCity ₹100 crore pre-Series A fundraise

Inspecity Space Laboratories Private Limited has raised ₹100 crore from a pre-Series A fundraise co-led by Speciale Invest and Ashish Kacholia, with participation from Antler India, Antler Elevate, Shastra VC and a group of angel investors.

First Principles Law advised InspeCity on this fundraise.

GameChanger Law Advisors advised lead investor Speciale Invest and angel investor Manish Gandhi on this fundraise. The Firm assisted with structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and Sanjana Rao (Associate).

Mumbai-based InspeCity is developing in-space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing (ISAM) solutions focused on satellite life-extension, propulsion, and rendezvous, proximity operations, and docking (RPOD) technologies.
