GameChanger Law advises Speciale Invest on QNu Labs ₹200 crore Series A fundraise

QNu Labs Private Limited has raised ₹200 crore from a Series A1 fundraise led by the National Quantum Mission and Speciale Invest, with participation from Sony Innovation Fund, Gaja Capital, Artha Ventures and other investor.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented lead investor Speciale Invest on this transaction. The Firm was involved in structuring, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and Sanjana Rao (Associate)

QNu Labs is a pioneer in quantum cryptography, quantum encryption, and quantum communication products and solutions.

The capital will be used to accelerate R&D, expand sales and go-to-market operations in India and overseas.
