GameChanger Law Advisors, Sagus Legal act on Tomorrow Capital investment in VitusCare

Tomorrow Capital has made an investment of approximately ₹22.5 crore ($2.7 million) in VitusCare Medlife Pvt. Ltd.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Tomorrow Capital on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation. The Firm also performed an extensive legal and regulatory due diligence on VitusCare.

The transaction team consisted of Amrut Joshi (Founder Partner), Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner), Mahit Anand (Partner), Saket Rachakonda (Senior Associate) and Sreerag Marar (Associate).

Sagus Legal represented VitusCare on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
