Imarticus Learning Private Limited has acquired Singapore-based BELLS Institute of Higher Learning for an aggregate consideration of approximately ₹800 crore.

IC RegFin Legal advised and assisted Imarticus Learning on the structuring, and finalization and execution of the transaction documents.

The transaction was led by Vartika Koolwal (Partner) and Saket Pawar (Senior Associate).

Pioneer Legal instructed Singapore firm Withers KhattarWong on the Singapore elements of the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Anupam Shukla (Partner), Vedika Shah (Principal Associate), Associates Manan Gosar and Mahima Choudhary.

Pritha Jha (Partner) provided input on strategic elements of the transaction.

Ashurst Perkins Coie represented BELLS Institute of Higher Learning on this transaction.
