Intrasoft Technologies greets the capital markets with 35 crore IPO

Intrasoft Technologies, which runs the online greeting card portal 123greetings.com, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the SEBI. Amarchand Mangaldas, through its Bangalore offices, is acting as the legal counsel to the issue. The Kolkata-based Intrasoft Technologies is promoted by Arvind and Sharad Kajaria.
