JSA, SAM act on acquisition of majority stake in Indium Software by BPEA EQT

The acquisition amount remains undisclosed.

BPEA EQT has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Indium Software from existing shareholders for an undisclosed amount.

JSA advised BPEA EQT on this acquisition deal.
