JSA acts on acquisition of Nitor Infotech by Ascendion Engineering

Ascendion Engineering Private Limited has acquired 100% stake in Nitor Infotech Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.

JSA assisted Nitor Infotech and its shareholders, including Sanjeev Fadnavis, in this transaction. The transaction involved extensive negotiations and discussions with Ascendion India and JSA was involved in all aspects of the transaction which involved negotiating transaction documents on behalf of the Sellers and advising on the structure to be adopted.

The transaction team consisted of Archana Tewary (Partner) and Soham Roy (Senior Associate).
