Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited in relation to its qualified institutions placement for an issue of 24,051,165 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers aggregating to ₹13,853.40 million.

ICICI Securities Limited were the placement agents to the QIP.

JSA advised Shyam Metalics and Energy on this QIP.
