JSA, Khaitan & Co, White & Case act on Belrise Industries acquiring Hyva India’s tipper body business

Belrise Industries Limited is set to acquire the India Tipper Body Business from Hyva (India) Private Limited, a subsidiary of JOST Werke SE.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Belrise Industries on this acquisition.

The transaction was led by Kushal Ramotre (Partner), with strategic inputs from Siddharth Mody (Partner), and support from Ayushi Berry (Senior Associate), Priankita Das (Associate) and Ishika Mehta (Junior Associate).

Khaitan & Co advised Hyva (India) on the Indian law aspects of this transaction.
