JSA advises Crédit Agricole on sanctioning ₹700 crore to Vertis Infrastructure Trust

Crédit Agricole CIB has sanctioned financial assistance aggregating to ₹700 crore to Vertis Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Crédit Agricole on this financing transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Pragya Verma (Senior Associate), Associates Jhalak Gupta and Swadha Chandra.

The funds will be utilised for refinancing of the existing debt availed by the InvIT.
