IndusInd Bank Limited has extended a ₹2,501 crore debt financing to Lightstorm under a co-borrower structure.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Lightstorm on this transaction. The mandate involved structuring, drafting and negotiating the financing and security documents, and the documentation framework governing the funded and non-funded facilities. The financing involved multiple facilities under a co-borrower arrangement and required the transaction documents to address the operational and security framework applicable across the financing.

The transaction was led by Anish Mashruwala (Partner) with Karan Mitroo (Partner), with assistance from Shekhar Shrivastava (Counsel) and Arpita Mittal (Associate).
