JSA advises NaBFID, Axis Bank, PTC India FinServ on financing for telecommunications infrastructure project

National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development, Axis Bank Limited and PTC India Financial Services Limited are financing a telecommunications infrastructure project undertaken by Space World Digital Solutions Private Limited and its subsidiary P2P Networks Private Limited.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised NaBFID, Axis Bank, PTC India FinServ on this financing transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Purvi Dabbiru (Partner), Aishwarya Dixit (Principal Associate), Samarth Sharma (Principal Associate), Associates Harshil Kakkar Riddhi Sri and Vristi Garg.

The project comprises high-speed, ultra-low-latency, multi-path resilient optic fibre cable (OFC) networks and related digital infrastructure to enable seamless data centre-to-data centre (DC-to-DC) connectivity across identified routes by Space World Digital Solutions.
