JSA advises Swish on $24 million Series B extension round

Munchmart Technologies Private Limited, dba Swish, has raised $24 million from a Series B extension round, led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with participation from existing investors Accel, Bain Capital Ventures and Hara Global.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Swish on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Manchanda (Partner), with support from Martin Mathews (Senior Associate) and Aishwarya Deshpande (Associate).

Manchanda had also led the initial Series B fundraise, earlier this year.

Swish operates a ‘fresh food in 10 minutes’ delivery platform.
