Globus Spirits Limited has made a Qualified Institutions Placement of 23,80,952 equity shares aggregating to ₹200 crore.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Globus Spirits on this QIP.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, the placement agent on this QIP.

The transaction was led by Kaushik Mukherjee (Partner) and Kanika Sachdeva (Partner), with support from Pranav Gupta (Senior Associate), Associates Yash Chhikara, Biprojeet Talapatra, Khyaati Rajpoot, Aroosh Tarwani, Pratyanik Chakraborty and Vikhyaat Maheshwari; and Associate Trainees Saptashwa Sarkar, Roshan Bali and Janhavi Deo Yadav.

Duane Morris & Selvam served as the international legal counsel for Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.
