JSA Wadia Ghandy on Hitachis acquisition of Flyjac

The Mumbai offices of J. Sagar Associates (JSA) have adviced Hitachi Transport System (HTS), a subsidiary Hitachi Japan in its acquisition of logistics and warehousing provider, Flyjac Logistics for approximately Rs. 250 crore ($55.11 million).
