Khaitan and Vichar Partners advise on US PE firm investment in Trishe Developers

US-based private equity firm, New Enterprise Associates (NEA) has invested Rs. 84 crore ($15 million) in Chennai-based renewable energy infrastructure development company, Trishe Developers to acquire a minority stake.
