Muthoot FinCorp Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares, consisting of a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Muthoot FinCorp on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Soumya Mohapatra (Partner), Nikunj Mehta (Senior Associate), Gyana Pathak (Senior Associate), Mishi Malhotra (Senior Associate), Associates Pratishthit Mittal, Nandini Arya and Atri Mukherjee.
