Khaitan & Co advises Capital Numbers on the acquisition of Epitome Cloud Inc.

Capital Numbers Infotech Limited has acquired 100% ownership in New Jersey-based Epitome Cloud Inc., and has indirectly acquired its Indian subsidiary, Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised Capital Numbers on this acquisition.
