Advent International is set to invest ₹3,150 crore in Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited, a leading multi-speciality healthcare platform headquartered in NCR.

Khaitan & Co advised Advent International on this investment. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence, documentation, competition law and other regulatory aspect.
