HT Media Limited has made a preferential issue of warrants to its promoter group and financial investors.

Khaitan & Co advised HT Media on this warrants issue.

The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Dadoo (Partner), Anvita Mishra (Counsel), Jayantika Khanna (Principal Associate), Niyati Karia (Associate) and Anjana Raghunath (Associate).

HT Media Limited is one of India's largest media companies, best known for publishing its flagship English daily, the Hindustan Times.

The funds raised from this warrants issue shall be utilized for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
