Khaitan & Co advises SGS India on acquisition of Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance

SGS India Private Limited, a subsidiary of SGS SA, has acquired Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance Private Limited - forming part of SGS Group’s global acquisition of the Prescient Security group.

Khaitan & Co advised SGS India on this acquisition. The Firm assisted on the deal end to end including diligence, and transaction documentation for the acquisition of Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance.
