Tata Capital Limited has acquired a 88.6% majority stake in Kerala-based Yogakshemam Loans Limited, dba YOGLOANS.

Khaitan & Co advised Tata Capital on this stake acquisition. The Firm assisted Tata Capital in undertaking legal due diligence on YOGLOANS and advising on structuring, documentation and negotiation of the transaction documents, which includes the securities subscription and purchase agreement.
