Khaitan & Co advises Third Wave Coffee on ₹408 crore Series D fundraise

Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited, dba Third Wave Coffee, has raised ₹408 crore from a Series D fundraise led by WestBridge Capital.

Khaitan & Co advised Third Wave Coffee on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Ganesh Prasad (Partner), B N Vivek (Partner), Divya Rau (Senior Associate), Associates Maansi Reddy Basani, Akanksha G Prabhu, Chaitanya Jitendra Acharya and Shlok Mittal.

Anshul Khemuka (Partner) advised on tax aspects.

The Firm had advised on Third Wave Coffee's Series C fundraise as well.

The legal due diligence was undertaken by the in-house team of Heisetasse Beverages led by Vijay Kamath, Head of Legal.

The fresh funds will accelerate Third Wave Coffee's expansion plans and support their foray into new food categories.
