Khaitan advises V-Sciences on their investment in Atomberg Tech

V-Sciences Investment Pte Ltd (a Temasek entity) has made a primary and secondary investment in Atomberg Technologies Private Limited as part of its Series C fundraise. The total investment amounts to approximately ₹718.6 crores ($87 million).

Khaitan & Co advised V-Sciences in this investment deal. The Firm conducted limited diligence on Atomberg in relation to its business and title of shares being acquired by Temasek.

The core team consisted of Vineet Shingal (Partner), Shreya Dua (Counsel), Saloni Mehta (Principal Associate), Vedika Agarwal (Senior Associate), Bimbita Kateel (Associate), Kritika Parakh (Associate) and Vivek Badkur (Associate) with assistance from:

Anisha Chand (Partner) and Soham Banerjee (Principal Associate) on Antitrust aspects.

Atomberg Tech is in the business of manufacturing and selling electrical fans and kitchen appliances.
