Khaitan & Co assists WestBridge Capital and Beams Fintech Fund in Series B funding of Credgenics

Credgenics (Analog Legalhub Technology Solutions Private Limited) a debt resolution and legal automation platform, has raised approximately ₹415.6 crore ($50 million) in a Series B funding round led by WestBridge Capital.

Other investors include Beams Fintech Fund, Accel India VI (Mauritius) Ltd. and Tanglin Venture Master Fund II Pte. Ltd.

Khaitan & Co advised WestBridge Capital and Beams Fintech Fund on the Series B round which involved a combination of primary and secondary investments in Credgenics.
