Khaitan & Co, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader act on Netweb Technologies ₹1,200 crore QIP

Netweb Technologies India Limited has made a qualified institutions placement of equity shares aggregating to approx. ₹1,200 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Netweb Technologies as well as the Book Running Lead Managers - IIFL Capital Services Limited, CLSA India Private Limited and Resurgent India Limited, on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Oishik Bagchi (Partner), Dipen Chatterjee (Partner), Mainak Pal (Senior Associate), Associates Ayesha Khosla, Harshit Singh and Ahana Mukherjee.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as International Counsel for the lead managers.

The transaction team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee (Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner).
