Khaitan & Co, JSA, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, VERTICES Partners act on Glass Wall Systems ₹427 crore IPO

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited has raised ₹427.89 crore from an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the selling shareholders.

Khaitan & Co advised Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Principal Associate), Vanshika Chaudhry (Senior Associate), and Associates Anubhav Jaiswal and Dharini Shanker.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, the book-running lead managers to the IPO.

The transaction was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), with support from Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Anshu Bansal (Partner), Kairav Parikh (Partner), Vatsla Varandani (Senior Associate), and Associates Palak Karundia, Aditi Khandal and Sharad Panwar.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as the international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

The transaction team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee (Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner), with support from Kaustubh George (Counsel) and Komal Israni (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised the Promoter and Promoter Group of Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.
