Khaitan & Co on Leonardo Helicopters and Universal Vulkaan Aviation deal

Leonardo Helicopters has appointed Universal Vulkaan Aviation Pte. Limited as its distributor for the Indian civil helicopter market.

Khaitan & Co advised Leonardo Helicopters in relation to this appointment. The Firm’s role included structuring the arrangement from an Indian law perspective.

The core team consisted of Atul Pandey (Partner), Arjun Bhagi (Principal Associate), Shivansh Mehta (Associate) and Mehul Mehta (Associate).
