Khaitan & Co, Trilegal act on ESDS ₹720 crore IPO

ESDS Software Solution Limited has raised ₹720 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares comprised of a fresh issue of 16,783,216 equity shares.

Khaitan & Co advised ESDS on this IPO.

Trilegal advised the Book Running Lead Managers, DAM Capital Advisors and Systematix Corporate Services, on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Abhinav Maker (Partner), with support from Jayant Saxena (Senior Associate), Mrinal Kumar (Associate), and Nupur (Trainee Associate).

ESDS Software Solution is a Nashik based, AI-enabled cloud, managed services, data centre infrastructure and software solutions provider in India serving BFSI customers, enterprise customers, and Government customers.

The IPO was oversubscribed 142.88x overall and 275x in the QIB category.
