Khaitan Legal Associates advises Alteria on its investment in Floryo

Alteria Capital has recently made a hybrid investment in Floryo (Pitchfork Foods Private Limited) which is engaged in the business of manufacturing, packing, storing, and selling food products.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria on the deal.
